1. Open to UK and ROI residents only, aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Bostik, their families, agents, distributors or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. Closing date for entry 26th September 2008.
3. At the close of the promotion, one winning entry will be selected from all entries received.  The winners will be notified by telephone within 28 days of the closing date. The winners name will be published on the Gripfill website – www.gripfill.net within 28 days of the closing date.
4. No purchase necessary. To enter, simply text Grip, your name and one sentence about what you Grip, Fill and Stick to 88800 (UK) or 447887926101 (ROI). Entries received by other means (including postal) will be excluded.
5. Text messages must be no longer than 160 characters.
6. UK text entry charged at 25 pence plus your standard operator rate, which will include return text inclusive of VAT. Entrants must have the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
7. Free wallpaper will be available to every entrant. For WAP compatible mobile phones only.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or unintelligible, due to technical error/network failure. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter.
9. The prize comprises an overnight stay in London including travel, accommodation and a professional photo shoot. However we retain the right to substitute a location of our choosing for the prize.
10. By entering the competition all winning participants agree that the photographs obtained at the photo-shoot can be used in Gripfill promotional material. Copyright on all entries will be retained by Gripfill.
11. The prize also includes a year’s supply of Gripfill which is the equivalent of 365 cartridges.
12. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award an alternative similar prize of equal or greater value.
13. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
