Pension
Pension Scheme: Defined Benefit Scheme. All employees (up to age 65) are eligible to join the scheme. Plan includes life assurance cover.
Holidays
Commence employment 5.6 weeks for a complete year January – December inclusive of statutory bank holidays. After 10 years service you also accrue an additional weeks holiday.
Vouchers
£50 exemplary attendance vouchers issued twice yearly for April – September and October – March, providing no absences during these periods. Monthly exemplary attendance lottery 5 x £100 winnings. Recruitment vouchers also available to staff who introduce new employee’s to ExtraCare. If successful, £50 after 1 months service, & £75 after 6 months service
Social Club
Employees are enrolled automatically for a cost of £1.00 per month. Events are arranged locally or centrally and members can benefit from events subsidised by ExtraCare.
